Meet Kinnie Ho – Physiotherapist and owner operator of Kinzo Physiotherapy

Kinnie is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA). To date, Kinnie has worked as a physiotherapist in various capacities including private clinics, hospital inpatient, aged care, and occupational health settings – simply put it, his passion lies in helping individuals whether it is through injury recovery, post-operative care, return to sports, return to work, or improvement in general health and fitness.


Kinnie has extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal injuries with clients in health-referred programs such as Workcover, DVA, and EPC, taking a patient-centred approach with the primary goal to restore functional strength and mobility. He also delivers physiotherapy services for clients who have been impacted by neurological conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, inflammatory neuropathies, and arthritis.

Kinnie’s focus is on long-term health and wellness for all whom he services, improving someone’s quality of life across their continuum of care from pain and dysfunction to performance and function. He utilizes a wide range of evidence-based treatment strategies that includes manual therapy, patient education, dry needling, and restorative strength-based exercise-therapy and functional movement.

A long-time registered exercise professional with AUSactive, Australia’s peak body for exercise and active health industry, Kinnie brings over 20 year’s experience working in the health and fitness industry, and takes joy in combining his physiotherapy knowledge and skills to assist and empower his clients through their recovery and life’s journeys. 

Outside of his work life, Kinnie enjoys the outdoors, keeping up with pop-culture news, spending quality time with family and friends.
